Welcome to TeamSays, an anonymous feedback system for teams.

TeamSays can help you set up an anonymous channel that helps you slow down turnover and improve workplace experience.

Put simply, TeamSays is a founder/HR manager’s always-on sidekick.

Replacing talent is very expensive, ranging from 20% to 400%. More importantly sharing work with people who are satisfied and pleased with their work affects quality of life of everyone involved in your team.

The way it works in several steps:

  1. Once you create an account you get a link to a minimal chat-like UI, you only have to create categories and questions.

  2. Then in your team you announce you have a new channel for tracking feedback/issues and share the link.

  3. Once your team members visit and share something you can then see their conversations get analyzed, and turned into a positive or negative report that becomes visible in the dashboard.

  4. There’s nothing else to do other than add, update or remove questions/categories over time — minimal maintenance, and minimal noise following the calm software philosophy.

  5. Get a weekly or monthly report on the state of positive/negative reports and take action.

Over time you can track progress of issues as active questions get rotated, so on a long-term timeframe you can derive progress stats (that’s being developed right now) and see where you had improvements.

Essentially, you set up a channel for your team members to express their concerns, and true opinions to simplify work of HR department if you have one or use TeamSays in-place of one if you don’t.

The chat is fully anonymous and it does not provide any way to identify participants other than a simple ID which uses browser information.
