I’m Entering My Credit Card. How Secure Is This?
Payments are securely processed using Stripe which is what Amazon and Facebook use to process payments. It’s the most secure payment platform out there. They are the ones who make the credit card forms you see on the website. TeamSays does not store any payment information.
What Happens After I Start My Subscription?
As soon as you create an account, you’ll start a 7-day trial. To activate your subscription in full you have to add a payment method by visiting Billing page in organization settings.
After 7 days you will be either billed (if you have a payment method added) or your trial will end.
You can cancel your subscription anytime.
Refunds for subscriptions are granted up to 7 days after the transaction if you change your mind.
How Do I End My Subscription?
Navigate to organization settings and visit Billing page. There you can modify payment methods or cancel your subscription altogether.
